When a victim of crime receives financial support, we can recover money from the convicted person. The NSW Government supports victims and witnesses of crime by acknowledging their trauma and offering advice to navigate the justice process. Therapy dog teams offer support to victims of crime and ease the stress of attending court.
We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.
